This paper aims to illuminate the symbiotic relationship between digital transformation and sustainable information practices. It advocates for a future where technological advancements are harnessed to advance environmental responsibility, ethical information governance, and equitable knowledge access. As libraries navigate this complex landscape, they can serve as beacons of sustainable digital transformation, catalyzing positive change within their walls and in the broader landscape of modern society.
