In addition, employees perceive technological innovation as an opportunity for skill enhancement, job enrichment, and improved communication within the workplace, leading to heightened engagement levels. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of aligning technological innovation with organizational culture and leadership practices to maximize its positive impact on employee engagement in the Nigerian media industry.
