Abstract
Abstract
This paper examines the relationship between good governance and local governmentadministration. It begins with a review of the concepts of the good governance, local governmentadministration their importance for development at the local government level. It argues thatboth good governance and local government administration need to coexist if any meaningfuldevelopment is to take place at local level. The paper further identifies some problems thathinder good governance at the local level and suggests ways of solving them.
