Abstract

This paper seeks to investigate how virtual classroom management can enhance sustainable 
development through a qualitative analysis. Simple sampling method was used to determine the 
study's population. The interview was conducted with 60 school administrators in the six stratified 
Education Districts in Lagos State, recorded, transcribed using Data Saturation The paper 
investigates current virtual classroom management strategies and identify gaps in implementation 
that can be address to improve sustainability. It then presents a series of case studies which illustrate 
how successful virtual classroom management strategies can be implemented and demonstrate how 
they can contribute to sustainable development. Evaluation of these case studies provides an 
analysis of the effectiveness of different virtual classroom management strategies and identifies the 
strength and weaknesses in each approach. The paper concludes with a set of recommendations for 
virtual classroom managers who seek to improve sustainability through their management practices. 
The findings of this paper will be valuable for virtual classroom managers as well as education 
policymakers, providing insights into how virtual classrooms can be managed in a more sustainable 
manner
