Abstract

The paper highlights the amelioration of International commerce through
Multinational Corporation. Transformations, product structure design, 
strategic marketing orientation, operational excellence of Transformation 
are the methodology for providing social, economic and political 
development through social justice, security and equity: Effective with 
efficient communication system and technological advancement are the 
impact of multinational corporations in Nigeria economy.
